This collection contains two recordings donated to the University of New Mexico Fine Arts Library by Tim Greer, who was then the Library Circulation Manager. Both recordings are good examples of Hispanic Catholic religious musical traditions.The first is a recording of the mass celebrated on May 15, 1982 on the occasion of the Feast Day of San Isidro, at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, in Los Griegos, Albuquerque, N. M. The second is a recording of a Matachines mass held at San Antonito, New Mexico, on September 24, 1982.
